Saoirse Learning Center was founded in 2018 when Jennifer Bailey was guided by the Universe to purchase land in Blanco, Texas.
Jen’s vision was to create a place where people may experience the freedom and joy found in the “tiny” lifestyle, and learn how to become better stewards of their bodies, their communities, and our earth.
Offering professionally conducted workshops and wellness retreats along with unique accommodation options, Jen and her crew are on a mission to help more people free themselves from the stresses of the modern world, to live in harmony with themselves and their surroundings, and learn how to live life more sustainably.

Growing up on a farm, Jen always understood the power and joy of being able to live off one’s own land and labor.
Now that she has a farm of her own, she loves sharing this experience with others and has built a wonderful community around herself of champions for sustainable living and education.

Saoirse means “Freedom” in Irish
